Our Leasing Consultants show potential residents our homes and walk applicants through the process of leasing our homes—from initial interest all the way through move-in. Leasing Consultants usually operate within a specific geographic area, and they are constantly on-the-go. They don’t just find houses for our residents—they find homes.
Property Managers and Property Administrators serve as the quarterbacks of our geographic area teams, ensuring that our residents receive excellent service and that our properties are well cared for. They are the face and voice of Waypoint Homes to our residents, and are responsible for the financial performance of their portfolio of homes.
Customer Service Representative (PM)
To ensure our homes are operating in top condition, Maintenance Technicians personally care for our existing properties, often interacting directly with our residents in the process. They are the heroes who save the day when air conditioning goes out during 100-degree weather. Maintenance Technicians have deep experience and certifications or licensing in HVAC, plumbing, or electric. Field Project Managers scope out large projects and oversee the work of third party General Contractors. They are masters at estimating and understanding the appropriate amount to invest in renovating a home.

We have a fun and motivated team of professionals working in finance and accounting, human resources, technology, marketing, and other groups. These functions support and enable the execution of our other teams—making sure that people in the field are supported and have what they need, when they need it.
